This cooling element is suitable for use with both the 1/1 GN-format Thermoboxes. You place the element inside a fitting cooling top, which is then placed on top of the open box. The element can also be placed inside a frontloader, where you can insert it at the top part using the guide rails of the box; the small rims on the side of the element keep it in place. This cooling element needs to be frozen in on at least -18°C before use. The element is also dishwasher safe up to max. 85°C, making it easy to clean.
