This 1/4 GN format hot pack has no power supply and is ready for use to keep food in Gastronorm pans or in thermboxes hot. Two of these elements are needed for its full effect inside a 1/2 GN-format box, and four of these elements are required for use in a 1/1 GN-format box.

Description

The hot pack serves as an extra warmth impulse by placing it at the bottom of a thermobox.

How to Use: The pack needs to be heated in a steam- or convection oven on a metal plate at max. 85°C for max. 30 minutes. It is also possible to heat this pack up in a bain-marie container in boiling water for about 35 minutes.
