The hot pack is a heat plate without power supply and its fitted with a handy carrying handle for easy transport. This pack is suitable for 1/2 GN-format Thermoboxes. It can also be placed in 1/1 GN-format boxes if desired, though two elements are required for its full effect.

Description

This hot pack can be placed at the bottom within the thermobox and serves as an extra heat impulse this way.

Use: The pack needs to be heated in a steam- or convection oven on a metal plate at max. 85°C for max. 30 minutes. It is also possible to heat this pack up in a bain-marie container in boiling water for about 35 minutes.
