This hot pack requires no power and has a nifty carrying handle. It can be used to keep food in a thermobox hot, though for a 1/1 GN-format thermobox, three elements are required for its full effect.

Description

This hot pack can be placed at the bottom within the thermobox and serves as an extra heat impulse this way.

Use: The pack needs to be heated in a steam- or convection oven on a metal plate at max. 85°C for max. 30 minutes. It is also possible to heat this pack up in a bain-marie container in boiling water for about 35 minutes.
