This Mini Hot Pack is a heat pack without a power supply and is suitable to keep food in a disposable or porcelain dish hot in a Mini Menubox.

Alternatively, these mini hot packs can also be used in the Compact Pizza Frontloader to keep pizzas warm, or for in a shelf for the Pizza Frontloader 85L to create an extra warm impulse in one section of the Pizza Frontloader.

Description

You place this hot pack at the bottom of the Mini Menubox, within the side recesses of the Compact Pizza Frontloader or within the recesses of the shelf for the Pizza Frontloader 85L. The hot pack serves as an extra heat impulse.

To use the pack, you must heat it in a steam- or convection oven on a metal plate at max. 70°C for max. 30 minutes. It's also possible to heat this hot pack up in a bain-marie container in boiling water for 35 minutes.
