Description

This cooling element is suitable for 1/1 GN-format thermoboxes and is fitted with a nifty carrying handle for easy transport. You place this element in a cooling top which is then placed on top of the open box. Alternatively you can insert it at the top inside a frontloader using the guide rails within; the small rims at the sides of the element make sure it will fit in with ease. The element itself needs to be frozen in on at least -27°C before use. It is also easy to clean due to the element being dishwasher safe up to max. 85°C.
