Cooling Element 1/2 GN blue -12°C - 2400 gram

Description

This cooling element is suitable for 1/2 GN format Thermoboxes and has a neat carrying handle for easy transport. You place the element on the topside of the box using a cooling top (said cooling top needs to be ordered separately), after which you place the lid of the box on top of the cooling top. This cooling element can also be used in a Frontloader by inserting it at the top level using the small rims on the sides of the element. This cooling element needs to be frozen up on at least -18°C before use. The element is also dishwasher proof up to max. 85°C, making it easy to clean. You can also place this element in a cooling top of a 1/1 GN format Thermobox if you so desire, though you will need two elements for its full effect. This particular cooling element can also be used to keep cakes inside the 35 x 35 cm sized Thermo Cake Box sets cool.
