Description

This cooling element is suitable for use in the Allround/Bakery Thermoboxes (boxes with an inner measurement of 60 x 40 cm) and has a nifty handle for easy transport. You place the element in a cooling top which is then placed on top of the open box, after which you can use the lid to seal the set. The element must be frozen in on at least -27°C. It is also easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe up to max. 85°C.
