Cooling Element Blue Mini -3°C

Description

This cooling element is suitable for placement in a special lid (the 10089), in which a total of 4 elements can be inserted, after which the lid can be placed on a 1/1 GN Thermobox. This lid needs to be ordered separately. Alternatively the cooling element can also be used as an extra cooling impulse for inside the Compact Pizza Frontloader (by placing the elements in the recesses on the sides within) or for the Frontloader 85 L after placing 3 elements in its corresponding shelf.

The element itself needs to be frozen on at least -10°C. The element itself is furthermore dishwasher proof up to max. 85°C, so it's easy to clean.
