Freezing Element 1/1 GN for the Thermo Catering Box

Description

• Meant for use in thermoboxes, keeps the temperature between -12 and -10°C for 3 to 4 hours long, thanks to the eutectic plate. 
• You are to freeze the element before use at -18°C for about a day (24 hours) or until the element is frozen solid. 
• You can check if the element is frozen by shaking it. If you do not feel/hear notable movement inside the element, then it is ready for use.
